All other – 35 nis 3-6 business days

Free Self pickup from the roastery – Sgula st. 13. (Please note that pickup is possible only after you received a notice that your order is ready)

Free delivery on orders above 300 nis.

Return/Exchange Policy

Coffee beans cannot be return or replace according to the Israeli law.
If you encounter a problem, please contact us at order@cafelix.co.il and we will be happy to assist you.

You can cancel your order up to 2 business days after you received the goods (Brewing equipment only). Cancellation fee according to the Israeli law – 5% of the purchase price.​

You are eligible to replace Brewing equipment bought online within 7 business days from the day the product was received in its original box.

** The responsibility for returning the goods to us is on the customer.
