Cafelix is a local roastery established on 2011 by Yael & Philipp Schefer. Our aim is to produce unique, specialty coffee.

We set a goal for ourselves to maintain a high standard products, while taking in consideration principles we feel strongly about, like direct contact with the farmers, preserving the environment and importing the best raw materials.

We roast our coffee every week meticulously, at our roastery, using the best equipment there is. You can enjoy our high quality coffee and brewing equipment in one of our branches or purchase in our online shop.
